MY MISSONI am a certified personal trainer though the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). I am also a certified nutrition coach, women's health and gut health specialist through Nutritional Coaching Institute. I started my online coaching career so I can extend my reach outside of the Pittsburg, Kansas and surrounding four state area to help men and women all over reach their health and fitness goals.
My dream is to be able to help other people become more comfortable in their own skin. I want to help give them the confidence to succeed in all aspects of their lives… gym, career, relationships, etc. I value honesty, hard-work and dedication… I promise to give you this and hope to receive it in return from all of you. I want to give you the right tools to improve your life. I want to share with you the information I’ve learned so you can take control over your own health and wellness (mental & physical). Recipes and Meal Prep IdeasOne of the things I am asked all the time is, "do you have any recipes for meal prep?" The answer is, "YES!" In my house, we meal prep on Sunday morning and make all of our meals for the entire week. This helps us stay on tracking by already having our meals measured and entered so we know that our macros are being met and we are reducing the urge of just grabbing something at a restaurant. To make things easier on me, and you, here are some of my favorite recipes. Over time this list will grow so keep checking back for new recipes and maybe some meal prep tips to help keep you on track!
