Love Salad, but Hate Trying to Fit Dressing into Your Diet?!?!?  Try this . . .

Lightly coat your greens with olive oil so that when you sprinkle sea salt on them, the flakes cling to the greens. Then add a dash of balsamic vinegar and lemon juice.  Amazing flavor, much easier to fit in.
Creamy Cilantro Lime Ranch
INGREDIENTS
  • 1 packet of ranch dressing mix (1 oz)
  • 1 cup light mayo 
  • 1 cup fat free milk
  • ¼ cup salsa verde
  • 1–2 jalapenos seeded 
  • 2 clove garlic
  • 1 whole lime juiced
  • ½ cup packed cilantro
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth. Place in fridge for an hour.

Makes about 23 Servings (30g per serving)
Macros per Serving: 21 Calories/1g Protein/3g Carbs/1g Fat
